Creation
by poetrydiary
Finding an acorn
on the pavement, I moved it
onto the damp earth.

For haiku heights September challenge. The prompt is ‘creation’. This is almost a real incident from my walk to work this morning – except it was a conker, which I wasn’t sure would mean much to anyone apart from ex-English schoolboys!
I love this haiku …hopefully the acorn finds its roots in damp earth~
Oh, I love this. Thanks so much for sharing it.
I love this too. Such simplicity and yet I find a lot of hopefulness and kindness in it too.
So wonderful….subtle… simple and yet profound. I love this one.
Yes, I agree with Patti, there is hope and kindness in this poetry. 🙂
I love this too, simple acts can create so much. The acorn in damp earth and your special haiku.
Hope and creation can’t be seen apart. Well crafted haiku very strong in it’s meaning. Thank you for sharing.
