Autumn suns rising
in ten thousand mirrors,
glinting like fools’ gold.
For September Haiku Heights – today’s prompt is ‘gold’. I’m in London for two days, staying near London Bridge and ‘the Shard’ skyscraper. I’m not a great fan of the far too powerful and short-sighted UK banking sector.
Nice take on fools’ gold. Inspired by the UK banks?
But glints are so alluring, aren’t they?
